The words of those who chose us.

The economic and financial needs arising from our institutional activities require a constant balance between our finances and assets. Recently, the acquisition of a substantial number of properties through a significant donation increased our organisation’s assets and subsequently created the need to sell these properties within a limited timeframe, so that the proceeds could be devoted to our mission.

We therefore needed the support of a property professional: a single point of contact acting on our behalf nationwide, to whom we could entrust a highly complex assignment. This complexity also concerned the occupancy status of the properties and the difficulty of selling some of them, given their limited market appeal.

People we trust recommended Maria Ippoliti as a precise and reliable property professional. After an initial meeting to explain our needs, we decided to entrust her with the sale of many of our properties.

The assignment was carried out with great discretion and effectiveness, providing us, within a limited timeframe, with a solution to a significant problem and enabling us to ensure the continuity of our work and, consequently, the implementation of our projects.

We can therefore state that our collaboration with Ms Maria Ippoliti of ClouCasa^®, which is still ongoing, has proved very fruitful and entirely satisfactory.

We have purchased more than one property and, every time, we have received impeccable support.

We found integrity, professionalism and great humanity — the kind of person who also gives you emotional support.

The result?

In the end, a friendship grew, founded on great esteem and mutual respect. I would choose Maria another 1,000 times!!!!

We had a very positive experience with her. A reliable, responsible, meticulous and highly competent professional, she sold our old home quickly and supported us all the way to the signing of the deed. She also advised us on buying our new home. You can turn to her with confidence.

Ms Maria Ippoliti, owner of ClouCasa^®, has extensive experience in real estate, built up gradually through technical qualifications as she developed her career in a complex, wide-ranging and constantly evolving property market, which often calls for property valuations, including court-appointed expert work (CTU): she holds this qualification.

I bought a property in San Martino di Castrozza through ClouCasa and received excellent support, even though procedures in Trentino differ from those in other regions. Maria guided me step by step, right through to the deed of sale and the handover of the keys.
