Services · Property document research

Every property has a history. Its documents tell it too.

A deed to locate, a floor plan to obtain, an ownership transfer to reconstruct: every property has a history in its documents. Organising it early helps prepare a sale and identify matters needing further investigation.

ClouCasa searches for, gathers and organises records relevant to a property transaction, including incomplete files or records spread across archives, offices and previous owners. This preparation supports communication between owners, buyers and the professionals involved.

Identify what is needed

We start with existing documents and define useful searches: ownership deeds, inheritance records, cadastral records and plans, land registry entries, building records and condominium information.

Obtain and coordinate

We organise requests to the relevant contacts and offices, obtaining the necessary assignments and authorisations. We follow up on records and coordinate discussions with the notary, technical advisers and other qualified professionals for specialist matters.

Prepare the property file

We organise the material collected, distinguishing available documents, records still to be obtained and issues requiring verification. The file clarifies the state of the research and helps plan the next steps.
