Services · Inherited property

A home, a history. A decision to support.

Two family members and an estate agent wearing a gold scarf discuss an inherited property in the family home.
Respecting memories and sharing decisions. Illustrative scene.

An inherited home often holds memories, family ties and decisions to be shared. Selling it calls for sensitivity towards people and careful attention to records, timing and everyone’s needs.

ClouCasa supports heirs in preparing and selling inherited properties, including when they live in different cities. A personal point of contact organises the process, maintains communication and coordinates discussions with the notary and other qualified professionals.

Listen and agree

We discuss the heirs’ needs, identify the people involved and agree on the goals of the sale. We provide a reasoned valuation to support informed discussions about price and a shared sales strategy.

Reconstruct and prepare

We organise available records: ownership history, inheritance tax declaration, any will, cadastral records, building documentation and condominium information. With the notary and technical advisers, we address the requirements for accepting and registering the inheritance, any third-party rights, authorisations and matters to clarify before a sale.

Present and support

We manage presentation, promotion and viewings. We share offers with those entitled to decide and follow negotiations through to the notarial deed, coordinating appointments and handover timing. For owners living elsewhere, we organise local activities within the agreed scope.
